On-Line Christmas Festival 2020!

For the first time in our history the Oakville Celtic Fiddle Orchestra’s Christmas presentation will be entirely on-line and it’s going to be amazing!

Since the 2020 season began the orchestra has been been diligently learning and recording  new music for this special presentation.   Over the past 15 years the OCFO’s Christmas show has become a tradition for many.  It is our hope that this year’s online format will keep that tradition alive for our local friends and introduce our music to to many new friends around the world.

“The devoted fiddlers of the Oakville Celtic Fiddle Orchestra have been hard at work since September! We have been having a great time learning new tunes and practicing together on our computers, ipads and phones. The orchestra members have a remarkable commitment to the music and have stepped up to this challenge splendidly. I am proud to be presenting our efforts on Dec 12 and I certainly hope you can join us. Let’s celebrate the season together with some great music while raising money for an important cause! Many thank to James and the wonderful members of the Oakville Fiddle Orchestra for a warm welcome this season and for their tireless work.”

Unlike previous concerts this presentation is free to enjoy however…

There will be donation button for Food4Kids Halton. 

Food4Kids provides packages of healthy food for kids aged 4-14 years with limited or no access to food each weekend.

The food packages are assembled by volunteers and delivered to schools each Friday to ensure children have nourishment over the weekend. There are more than 780 children in Halton struggling through each weekend without food.
